As this is a site for professionals, reviews must be professional and factual.
We all know that solutions and organizations change, so please do not enter any reviews on any solutions you have not directly worked with in two years or more.
Content must be unique and independent - We allow one review/rating per user on any given solution. No repeated reviews of the same solution by the same user.
Content must be original - Reviews should contain only original content and no quoted material from other sources.
Ratings and Reviews may only come from professional users. No reviews written by solution providers posing as customers or prospects, no reviews written by current or past employees or anyone otherwise associated or related to employees of a solution provider listed on our site.
We do not allow for "you review me, I review you" arrangements. All reviews must be legitimate.
All users entering content must be professionals over the age of 16.
We recommend your reviews be between 75 and 300 words long.
In order to provide quality information and be fair to solution providers, only those that have purchased and/or used the solution, piloted the solution, or have done in-depth due diligence on a solution because it was within their top three choices for purchase, may review said solution.
What to include:
- The business issue you were looking to resolve by using the solution.
- Your review should focus on specific features of the solution and your experience with it.
- The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a solution, but also why. Feel free to talk about other related solutions and how this item rates in comparison or ties in/adds value to other solutions you may use.
- Standard e-mail etiquette - Please follow standard etiquette when writing your review. Do not use ALL CAPS, excessive typographic symbols, HTML tags, or slang. Most text and paragraph formatting, including lists, will not appear in ratings or reviews.
What not to include:
- Other people's material or second-hand experiences from others.
- Unverified information or rumors
- Profanity, threats, prejudiced comments, smear campaigns, or spiteful remarks.
- Obscene or distasteful content.
- Content that is irrelevant and unhelpful to other professionals
- Single-word reviews. We want to know why you liked or disliked the item.
- Phone numbers, mail addresses, URLs.
- Advertisements, watermarks on videos, promotional URLs or email addresses or any other promotional material.
- Availability, price, or alternative ordering/shipping information.
- Solicitations for positive reviews.
